Processing Time

• All orders are processed within two weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. Exceptions however can be made to which will be mentioned in the product's description.

• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to supply chain issues, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather, carrier delays).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Europe and a small list of International countries.
Please note:

• Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
